Send an email to our Scribe, Brian Kopke, and our Treasurer, Bob Thayer

Tell them you will not be attending and the reason why.

If it is an emergency with no time for an email:
        phone Brian Kopke at 1-613-794-9903.
        Anyone calling for a non-emergency on this line will be expunged from
        Brian's list of known people.

It is necessary to tell both individuals as the Scribe is responsible for excusing absences and the Treasurer must give a count to the retreat house so that we are not charged for people who will not be there.

Our meeting site requiresa full count in four weeks ahead so that they can order food and set up staffing schedules. 

All payments must be made to Bob Thayer by March 10.  Please mail them to Bob by March 1.

Cancellations after April 1 get no refund.   We recognize that some emergencies do not give us two week notice. We work with the retreat house administration on those but recognize that they are a business and have costs incurred and may have turned down other business because of our size.
