Minutes of Greenfield Group Meeting
The Gathering at Our Lady of Peace, Naragansett, R.I., was called to order by Moderator, Greg Chute.
TREASURER’S REPORT
Treasurer: $105 to dick fewkes - $5.00 to Susan for snacks, dick bought beer and wine. All money should go to the treasurer and all bills are paid . $622 minus 112 in Treasurery.
Full report from treasurer will come later.
SCRIBE’S REPORT
Minutes - Noted that there was a vote to change the cost of our meetings - but this was not carried out.
Bob Hemstreet Card - have all signed it? Who will mail it - from the US?

Some changes not made in timely fashion in past six months - Webmaster was away for three months and mailbox got filled up and everything that came in after that was lost.

New Business: set aside time to talk about the format we use. Would like time to talk about how we do things - Kendra. Kendra will email Greg to hone ideas and make available before hand.
Rosemarie and Bill will study Sainthood ideas.
The Moderstor closed the meeting and sent us to chapel.
