Greenfield Group Minutes
Since 1927
A Unitarian Universalist Ministers Study Group
Greenfield Group
April 27, 2011
Barbaara C. Harris Camp and Conference Center
Greenfield, New Hampshire
Meeting was called to order at 11:00 by Moderator Josh Pawelek
Minutes from fall accepted.
Treasurer=s Report
Bob Thayer reported $1761 was realized from the fall levy. Total in the bank was $2216 which means we have enough to pay the balance for this conference, place deposits for fall (2011) and spring (2012) and will still have around $1100 in our account. The report was accepted with thanks.
Scribe=s Report
Scribe has taken over registrations and works closely with Bob (copying Josh - as Moderator - on most emails) on registrations, collections, and contracts with BCH.
Just a reminder that if you register for a session, you may cancel up to six weeks before the date of the convocation. Cancellations after that time means you are liable for all payments to BCH.
Anchor Report
The group decided that check in should include only general comments, perhaps lists general to the group rather than to individuals . . . . There was some concern about the Anchor Report being in public space on the web site. As the report contains personal items, it was decided that the Anchor Report should be in a password protected directory.
The Scribe noted that it has been increasingly difficult to get digital copies of anchor reports and papers for the web site.
