New Member Recommendation The person being recommended for membership must have been asked and must have shown a keen interest in becoming a member of the Greenfield Group. She/He will have been given a copy of the disciplines and will have read them prior the recommendation being sent to the Scribe. The INVITEE is a paying guest at the convocation. He/She is then invited, at the business meeting on Wednewsday, to become a member. The recommendation should be in the hands of the Scribe two weeks before the convocation at which the person shall be recommended to the group. Recommendations will be posted for all to see throughout the convocation.
